An east coast interpretation of the standard mojito, with local energy included.
- 1.5oz Sea Fever™ Spiced Rum
- 4tsps White sugar
- 6oz Glanbùrn Bubbly
- 1 Lime (cut into 6 wedges)
- 6 Mint leaves
- Crushed ice
- Shake and strain
Hot Buttered Rum (makes 4 servings)

- 6oz Sea Fever™ Spiced Rum
- 5oz Brown sugar
- 2oz Butter (unsalted)
- 2oz Honey
- 0.2tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 4 Cinnamon Sticks
- 0.1oz Nutmeg
- Pinch Cloves
- Pinch Salt
- 16oz Water (boiled)

An endearing cocktail to be enjoyed amongst the closest of naval friends.
- 2.5oz Sea Fever™ Spiced Rum
- 0.5oz Coconut water
- 1tsp Grenadine syrup
- 3oz Pineapple juice
- 2oz Orange juice
- Ice cubes
- Shake and strain
- Garnish with slice of pineapple and cherry
